At the age of 22 years old, Karim has found a way to make a name for himself as a Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Icarus Flying Academy, in Farmingdale, New York.

Southwest Airlines Captain, Tammie Jo Shults one of the first Naval female aviators of the F/A18 was incredible. We developed an immediate connection and even listened to snippets of my podcast The Traffic Pattern. We talk about career progression, attitude, mindset, the job itself and most of all, what it means to be apart of the Thin Blue Line. We dedicate this episode to the late Tara O'Sullivan who lost her life in the line of duty Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
